Wouldn't it be cool if your sunglasses could not only protect your eyes, but also collect solar energy and convert it into power that can be used by your phone, music player or other small portble gadget? Well, that is exactly what this concept design, SIG, by designers Hyun-Joong Kim and Kwang-Seok Jeong does. It will surely come in handy at the pool or beach to keep your iPod juice going.

Designer Jean Louis Frechin presents a concept (Waaz) of speakers disguised as shelf supports. 'Waaz is a shelf connected to a computer that doubles as a device for audio diffusion and archiving digital music files (MP3)'.
